Febue’s Exchange Policy: How Does It Work?

At Febue, we aim to provide a hassle-free exchange experience for our valued customers. Please review our Exchange Policy carefully to understand the process and requirements.


Febue’s 7-Day Size Exchange Policy

  • You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.
  • All requests are verified before processing.

Exchange Fee: For all size exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of INR 99 will be charged, which will be included in the replacement order invoice. This fee covers processing and handling costs. The fee is charged only once, even if the original order was split into multiple deliveries.


Terms & Conditions for the 7-Day Size Exchange Policy:

  1. Product Condition: All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., shoes should remain in their original shoe box).

  2. Exchange Fee: A fee of INR 99 will apply to size exchanges and will be included in the replacement order invoice.

  3. Exchange Requests: Allow 24 hours post-delivery for your exchange option to appear in your Febue account. Ensure that the product(s) and reason for exchange are selected carefully when submitting your request.

  4. Mismatch of Product(s): If the product handed to the courier executive doesn’t match the details submitted in the exchange request, the pickup will be canceled.

  5. Sets/Combos: For sets or combos, exchanges must be initiated for the entire set. Individual items from a set/combo cannot be exchanged.

  6. Exchange Process: The replacement will be processed only for the product(s) selected during the exchange request. Febue is not liable for any additional or incorrect product(s) handed over to the courier executive.

  7. Reverse Pickup Availability: Reverse pickups depend on the availability of courier services in your pincode. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will need to courier the product(s) to us, and we will reimburse up to INR 99 for the courier charges.

  8. Image Upload: Proper images of the product(s) with tags must be uploaded during the exchange request. Failure to provide valid images may result in the rejection of the request.


Second Size Exchange Requests

Currently, Febue does not offer a second size exchange policy. However, if you wish to initiate a second exchange, a fee of INR 250 will be applicable.


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Upload clear photos of the product and tags to initiate a return.
  • All return requests are verified before approval.
  • Reverse pickup is available in most locations. A flat Rs.99 return handling fee per odrer applies (covers pickup, inspection & processing).

Conditional Return for Faulty/Wrong/Damaged Products: If you receive a faulty, wrong, or damaged product, you can raise a conditional return request by emailing us at support@febue.com within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to include a mandatory unpacking video as evidence. In such cases:

  • If you opt for an exchange, it will be processed free of cost.

  • If a return is approved, we will inspect the issue before proceeding further.

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Order Policy

In case of damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect orders, email us at support@febue.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with a mandatory unpacking video. After verifying the issue, we will:

  • Replace the product(s) at no additional cost.

  • Alternatively, provide a suitable resolution based on the inspection.


Pickup Process

Reverse pickups will typically take place within 2-3 working days, subject to service availability in your area. If the pickup fails after two attempts, customers must contact us to reinitiate the process.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.
  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method (shipping & COD charges not refunded).
  • COD orders: Refund as store credit only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Refunds for Worng/Faulty/Damaged Products were refunded for both COD & Pre-Paid Orders subject to Unedited Unboxing Video Provided for the same as per policy.

Policy Updates

Febue reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All exchange requests are subject to approval upon proper inspection and are processed at the sole discretion of Febue.

For any issues, reach out to our customer support portal or contact us at support@Febue.in. Our dedicated team is available Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm, and all pending queries will be prioritized and addressed the next working day.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse address mentioned below. We will reimburse up to INR 99 for the courier charges.

Ensure the items are securely packed, and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. Within 3 working days of receiving the product(s) & verifying item, we will process the refund or exchange.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The customer’s provided bank account details are final, and any errors in the details provided will not be the brand’s responsibility.
If you do not receive an order delivered status WhatsApp or EMAIL within 24 hours, please contact us via email.

Customers are obliged to take utmost care of the product(s) during possession, including instructions, documents, and wrappings, while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

For products not conforming to standards upon delivery, promptly contact us within 1 day of receiving the products at support@Febue.in, and we will guide you accordingly.
Upon return wrong/faulty/damaged products, we will fully examine the product on arrival to our warehouse it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
